Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Role Summary

• The ideal candidate for this role will be reporting to the CEO and be required to provide overall leadership of the human resource and administrative function. He/She will be required to design and
implement Human Resource strategies, policies and procedures to motivate performance of employee

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first degree preferably in Human Resource or social sciences
• Professional qualification form IHRMP / CIPD / SHRM is required
• 3 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of the Labour Act, Act 651
• Experience in designing and implementing Human Resource strategies, policies and procedures
• Ability to and experience in design and implementation of a performance management system
