Oversee and supporting allHR functions including recruitement, oreintation, employee offer letters, employment contracts, personnel records, staff appraisal, staff development to termination of appointment
Making significant contributuions to the strategic direction and mnangement of the organisation through advice implementation of human capital solutions to ensure effectiveness in attracting, managing, developing, motivating and retaining top quality staff.
Developing implementation of effective succession planning system and supporting processess to a consistent supply of high calibre staff to vill positioins
Undertaking analysis information writing effective job desciptions & HR planning effectient forecasing of manpower needs and guaranteed organisational form
To ensure that all staff get the opportunity to build their capacity for growth to effectively srve the organisation
Ensure HR functions intergrate with the strategic direction and functions of the organisation

Job Qualification
1st degree in HRM. Addition MBA-HRM is an added advantage. Possess a minimum 10 years with 5 yrs in HRM
