Human Resources Manager Vacancies in Ghana
Our client is a global leader in the field of Engineering. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the HR strategy to ensure the company attracts, develops and retains the best available talent to support the operational activities of the company.
In addition to talent management, you will develop policies, systems and process to ensure compliance with legislation.
Required Skills or Experience

- Qualification in Human Resources Management (degree level minimum)
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
- Experience of recruiting and developing talent
- Experience of professional development programs
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Financial awareness (capable of managing budgets)
