Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Answer and attend to all sales and company related phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments of General Manager
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms to the appropriate quarters.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (weekly sales reports)
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals, suppliers and vendors
• Maintain contact lists (clients and suppliers)
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Handle requests and queries from the general manager
• Manage the company’s social media schedules and pages (Posting and feedback to page queries)
• Any other duties assigned by the general manager.
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND / Diploma
• Qualities: Good communicator, confident, social media savvy, word, excel and PowerPoint proficient and must dress well.
• Living in and around Osu, Labadi, Labone, Adabraka, Ridge, Cantonment, Kanda
• Age range: 21 – 26
Salary: Negotiable (depending on skills set)
