Job description • Owns Solutions/Applications delivery and takes responsibility for tracking and reporting on Executive levels. • Primary focal point from AMS side for the delivery of “IT Plan” as well as “NON IT plan” projects. • Provides account leadership to delivery teams and directs teams to develop business strategies and program/project to meet deliverables. • Manages contractual cost, schedule, and solution deliverables. Manages IBM resources and coordinate with client resources to deliver solutions to support business and client. • Ensures client needs are addressed by constructing partnerships between the Project Office, clients, vendors, fellow IBMers and subcontractors and manage the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction. • Implements client satisfaction programs ensure deliveries are meeting quality, are on time and within budget. • Ensures client satisfaction through development, implementation, and delivery of application as specified in the Statement of Work. • Supports Account Sr. DPE and PE in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability. • Build and maintain client relationships both with Business and IT Heads.

Required * Bachelor’s Degree * English: Fluent

Preferred * Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
