Full-time position to handle financial operations and daily business management for a private academic advising and international development consulting company located in Labone.
Internal Financial Management:
Develop and administer the company’s short-term and long-term budget, and monitor company spending.
Liaise with Directors on routine financial matters.
Oversee Accounts Payable and general cash management.
Properly code/record bill into QuickBooks accounting software
Financial Reporting for Development Projects:
Produce interim (monthly/semi-annual/annual) financial reports for consulting and development projects according to USAID and international donor guidelines.
Track expenditure, record time-sheets, follow set budgets, and oversee financial and operational management for development projects

Required Skills or Experience
Masters in business management, economics, or accounting, and a min of 5 to 7 years of financial and office administrative work experience
Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
Sound skills in financial modeling, budgeting, analysis, and advanced computer skills ( high level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Accounting Software required)
