InfoView is looking for high-energy, driven professionals to join our IT Customer/Sales support team. You will work in conjunction with colleagues in professional development, marketing, client solutions, and sales to achieve your goals. You will focus on provide excellent customer services to your assigned Schools, and establish and maintain relationships with senior level staff across regional schools in Ghana.
Job Description
Job Title: IT Customer/Sales Support
The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Must have excellent listening skills and communicate effectively to customers
- Must have “customer first” attitude where customer needs ALWAYS comes first
- Responsible for logging & creating customer request tickets on our support ticket system
- Responsible for working and completing each request from customers within 48hrs
- Responsible for working with your peers across different regions in Ghana and countries
- Responsible for collaborating with the engineering team on customer complaints or request to ensure that customer needs are incorporated in to our products and services
- Must have ability to learn technology skills quickly
- Must have mobile phone (Android, iOS, Windows) usage skills and experience
- Must have basic understanding of database technology
- Responsible for traveling to schools to visit and address their needs and concerns
- Must have ability to accept criticism and work through them
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer / school organizations
- Proven leadership and ability to drive customer needs to completion.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, Gmail
- Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
- Highly energetic and self-starter
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
- Should be honest, assertive and systematic
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Must be good with mobile and computer technology
