Intercity STC plies mostly regional capitals in Ghana including, Kumasi, Sunyani, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Bolgatanga and some few major towns or district capitals like Paga, Dormaa Ahenkro and Tarkwa. It also operates International services to some major cities in neighboring countries like Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, Abidjan in Ivory Coast and Lomé in Togo. Plans were also in place to extend services to Niamey in Niger.

Intercity State Transport Corporation (STC), the giant state transport company in Ghana in partnership with Prudential Solutions is now revitalizing it’s Parcel delivery services and is recruiting dedicated and result oriented individuals to fill the roles below

Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Officers

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Loading and unloading parcels
•   Collecting, sealing and stamping of outgoing parcels
•   Sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing parcels
•   Recording information, such as whether parcels were received or delivered
•   Checking with certain offices to confirm deliveries and getting the necessary instructions



•   High energy level
•   Deadline-oriented
•   Dependable and persistent,
•   Good time manager
•   Attentive and customer focus
•   Good reporting, oral and writing skills
•   Good communication and human relation skills
