Liability in most types of company is assumed by the owners, and can either be limited or unlimited depending on the type.

Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the main entrance to our corporate office located in Tema. The selected candidate will be the ‘face’ of the company for all visitors and as such will be interested in the first impression we make. The ideal candidate must have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. The Front Desk Executive must have impeccable telephone manners and be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. Our goal is to make our guests and visitors feel valued, respected and comfortable while on our premises and we are seeking the ideal person to help us achieve this goal.

  1. Keep the front desk tidy and presentable at all times with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, brochures/ informative materials).
  2. Greet and welcome guests.
  3. Answer all questions accurately and address all complaints.
  4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or take messages for the respective employees.
  5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  7. Check, sort and forward emails.
  8. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  9. Assist with filing and all records.
  10. Take up any other responsibility / duty assigned in relation to the overall role.


  • At least two (2) years’ work experience as a Front Desk Executive or a relevant position.
  • A university degree
  • Familiarity with office machines e.g. switch board, fax, printer, scanner, photocopier etc. etc.
  • Proficient in the use of the English Language – both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizing and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
