1. Monitoring & Evaluation/Research Advisor

West Africa Health Project: “Agir pour la Planification Familiale” Accra, Ghana

IntraHealth International, Inc. is currently accepting expressions of interest from potential candidates to serve in various roles as part of IntraHealth’s submission for the upcoming USAID-funded “Agir pour la Planification Familiale (AGIR-PF)” project covering a number of West African countries. We are particularly interested in qualified applicants to fill the above key role in Accra:

Required Skills or Experience

• Masters in Public Health or related field required, PhD in Public Health or related field preferred, with at least 10 years of experience in successfully managing M&E processes, including development of reports and data)
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and French, and experience of USAID-funded projects are required.

2. Operations/Finance Manager

Required Skills or Experience

• Masters in Business Administration, Accounting or related field required, with at least 10 years of experience in successful financial, administrative, and logistical management of USAID or other international projects
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and French, and experience of USAID-funded projects are required.

3. Capacity Building Advisor

Required Skills or Experience

• Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, at least 5 of which involves experience in capacity building/organizational development
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and French, and experience of USAID-funded projects are required.

4. Knowledge Management Advisor

• Graduate degree in a field related to organizational learning and knowledge management, together with 5 – 10 Years of professional expertise involving knowledge management
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and French, and experience of USAID-funded projects are required.

5. Family Planning/Reproductive Health (FPRH) Specialist

Required Skills or Experience

• Master’s in Public Health with 8 – 10 years of experience in health and development, with focus mainly on family planning including long-acting and permanent methods, and/or health systems strengthening
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and French, and experience of USAID-funded projects are required.

6. Supply Chain Management Specialist

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, with at least 6 years’supply chain management work experience and experience forecasting RH products
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and French, and experience of USAID-funded projects are required.

• Master\’s Degree in social science especially gender studies, or relevant discipline, and 7 years of relevant professional experience in the field
