Job Description

Job Title: General Manager

Knowledge

Minimum of a degree in Engineering, Operations and Project Management
Must have ISO certification
Lean manufacturing concepts/Kaizen/Theory of Constraints
Material Time Management
Food Safety Standards is desired
Must have production planning, controls and instrumentation skills

Experience

Minimum of 12 years combined experience in process, industrial or manufacturing engineering
with at least 5 years of leadership or managerial experience
