Janus Properties Ghana is seeking to recruit a Facilities Officer immediate employment.

Job Description

Job Title: Facilities Officer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate and ensure that the works of cleaners, security personnel & maintenance assistance is done adequately
• Respond appropriately to emergency issues
• Ensure that gardens and all grounds are well kept at all times the waste disposal is done effectively
• Ensure that buildings always meet safety and legislation requirements
• Other duties of similar circumstance that may be assigned by the director

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be technician 2 or 3 electrical engineering or other related field
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role from a reputable company
• Must be computer literate and efficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
• Must be able to drive
