Job Description

Job Title: Station Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To ensure the best standard practices and procedures are carried out during the ticketing phase, check-in phase and ramp

Qualification Required & Experience

• University graduate or equivalent with at least 3 years experience in working at airport front/ticketing counter and in airport ground/ramp handling duties
• Strong customer service aptitude
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English with good communication skills. Fluency in a local language is a plus
• Must possess the ability to resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
• Must be able to work under pressure and in a stressful environment

Location: Accra, Kumasi, Tamale & Takoradi
