Job Title: Acquisition Associate

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Jumia Commercial Acquisition strategy and meeting key targets
  • In addition to organic growth, implement a referral campaign in order to grow Jumia’s active vendor base
  • Optimizing the performance of newly signed vendors, recommending processes to improve and motivate them in the line with the company objectives
  • Accountable for vendor acquisition pipeline planning
  • Work on the lead generation through tele-acquisition channel
  • Validate the quality of lea
  • Convince seller to go live on Jumia
  • Liaise between vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely successful on-boarding process flow for the new acquired vendors within a stipulated time frame

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Flawless English communication
  • Ability to run a sales pipeline to drive organic sign-ups
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Clear communication and reporting capabilities
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Ability to run a sales pipeline to drive organic sign-ups
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Good analytical skills
