1. Quantity Surveyor/Draughtsman
- Applicant must have HND in surveying or related field of qualification and must have knowledge in AutoCAD
- Applicant must have knowledge in the Ghanaian real estate industry
- Applicant must be between 30-35 years and must have work experience of 4-6 years
NB: income is based on a fixed allowance
2. Sales/Marketing Officers
- Applicant must have HND in marketing or any related field of qualification
- Applicant must have knowledge in the Ghanaian real estate industry
- Applicants must be energetic, result oriented, ability to plan and develop strategies to market company’s products and services
- Applicant must be between 25-30 years and must have work experience of 2-3 years
NB: income is based on a fixed allowance and commission basis for the sale/marketing officers
3. Accounts Officers
- Applicant must possess HND in accounting or any related field of qualification
- Applicant must have strong accounting principles and practices with good written and communication skills
- Applicant must have knowledge in the Ghanaian real estate industry
- Applicant must be between 25-30 years and must have work experience of not less than 3 years
NB: income is based on a fixed allowance
