Job Title: Front Desk Executive
- Schedule appointments, receive visitors, screen visitors and refer to appropriate staff members
- Receive, open and distribute mail, identify and refer matters to the assigned staff member in order of priority
- Knowledge of Office Automation Products, Operate different types of office machines and equipment including Fax, computers and copy machines
- Perform & responsible for secretarial and clerical work with speed and accuracy, assigned by top Management and relieving them from clerical and routine administrative duties.
- Prepare and type rough drafts, letters, reports, memoranda or other correspondence,Arrange and schedule of meetings and conferences, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, prepare and distribute copies of minutes as appropriate.
Qualification– Accredited diploma/HND/Degree
