Job Title 2: Senior Human Resource Manager

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• A professional course in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage
• A minimum of five (5) years working experience in a reputable organisation
• Excellent Computing skills

Job Title 3: Deputy Director of Human Resource

Required Skills or Experience

• MBA Human Resource Management or Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or its equivalent
• A professional qualification in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage
• A minimum of ten (10) years working experience in a reputable organisation
• Excellent Computing skills

Job Title 4: P.P.M.E Unit Staff

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree in Finance and/or Economics or Master’s degree in Health Policy and Planning or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years experience in Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation in the public sector

Job Title 5: Head, Supplies Unit

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree in Purchasing and Supply or its equivalent plus advanced diploma in Purchasing and Supply or related field with at least Eight (8) years working experience professional development and training in management

Job Title 6: Medical Record Officer

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Biological Science and Operational Research plus at least one (1) year experience. HND with working relevant experience may be considered
• Statistical software management and supervisory experience
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel

Job Title 7: Health Research Officer

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Biological Science and Operational Research plus at least one (1) year experience. HND with working relevant experience may be considered
• Statistical software management and supervisory experience

Job Title 8: Data Entry Clerk

Required Skills or Experience

• Post SHS secretariat certificate or higher
• Formal computer training an advantage
• Proficient in relevant computer applications as MS Office
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed

Job Title 9: Statistics Officer

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree or HND in Statistics/Biostatistics plus at least one year experience
• Statistics software management and supervisory experience

Job Title 10: Disease Control Officer

Required Skills or Experience

• Diploma in Disease Control (Community Health) and at least one (1) year national service or internship in a recognised health facility
