Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Officers (6 Positions)


  • Minimum of First Degree in the relevant field
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
  • Verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
  • Professional personal presentation and customer service orientation skills
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar discipline
  • Above 25 years
