A brokerage institution invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for the following position

Job Title: Head of Brokerage

Job Description

• Manage and oversee brokerage operations staff
• Execute trade on the secondary market
• To perform underwriting roles during initial public offerings
• Responsible for the creation of exception reports – notate delays and problems
• Design and implement process control procedures – modify existing procedures where necessary
• Research and recommend solutions on reoccuring issues within operational groups
• Review work for accuracy and ensure client specifications are met

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of an MBA in a related field and must possess the Ghana Stock Exchange Certificate
• Must have at least 7 years experience in a similar field
• Committed to developing a career in investment/finance
• Superior leadership / organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
