Our client, a reputable private basic Montessori school, invites suitably qualified persons to apply for employment as: Head of School

The Successful candidate would be directly responsible for managing a basic school with a population of over 63 members of staff and close to 650 pupils from Kindergarten to JHS Three, plus ensuring a cordial working relationship with PTA and other stakeholders.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a First Degree
• A second Degree and/or a degree in Education will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience ni managing people or a school
• Good human relations with the added advantage of being able to manage children, collaborate effectively with parents and supervise teaching staff to work efficiently
• Proven track record of achievements related to people, children or managing an entity
• People development oriented with the accompany skills
• Strong monitoring and control ability
• Strong administration skills
• Great team leading ability
• Proactive minded person with a keen interest in avoiding situations which may pose a threat to efficiency and performance targets
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
