The Centre for Maternal and Newborn Health (CMNH) at the Liverpool
School of Tropical Medicine offers unique expertise in using the rigorous discipline of research to inform teaching and technical assistance programmes to improve the health of mothers and babies globally.
The Global Fund is funding the CMNH project, “Quality improvement of integrated HIV, TB and Malaria services in Antenatal and Postnatal Care facilities in Ghana”.
The project aims to produce sustainable measurable improvements in the availability and quality of HIV, TB and malaria services integrated in ANC and PNC in selected health facilities. To support this commitment, we are seeking to appoint nationals from Ghana to join the project team.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Technical Officer, you will support the work of the team by providing data collection, tracking, cleaning and analysis.
In addition, you will co-ordinate the data management from the relevant partners across multiple sites.
This will include scheduling and undertaking field visits to perform quality checks on data and provide information on reporting.
Required Skills or Experience
Along with a Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline related to the role, it is essential that you have proven experience of working on project data and have experience of research administration, as you will be managing the research databases.
You will need to demonstrate knowledge of quantitative data management and analysis programs, using MS Excel, SPSS or equivalent
