Job Description

Job Title: Internal Controller

• Ensure implementation of all internal audit recommendations by all departments of the entity
• Implement the internal control program defined by the Group Top Executives in order to strengthen the efficiency of processes and prevent from the risks, contributing to the continuous and sustainable development of our activities under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Ensure that managers are aware of the fundamental principles of internal control in their area by carrying out awareness-raising and training activities (e.g. by conducting training)

Help managers to formalize local procedures in line with legislation and the Group’s standards and integrating good internal control practices.

Regularly assess compliance of the entity’s processes with the Group’s principles (standards, charters, policies, etc.).

Check the handling of weaknesses and non-compliance by managers and monitor the implementation of the corresponding action plans.

Communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
