Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Officers

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new customers/clients;
• Meets  sales targets;
• Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of firm policy;
• Cross sells existing firm products to customers;
• Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the
• banking relationship;
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives;
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts;
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction;
• Other duties that may be assigned.

• Strong persuasive skills and sales qualities
• Excellent customer service skills
•    Self-motivated and self-confidence
•   Good interpersonal and communication skills
