We are currently looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support one of our new build drillships. If you have the right combination of experience working with training coordination, sense of urgency, human touch, and operational control, we have just the right job for you as Training Coordinator.
You will develop your general HR competencies and gain a broad knowledge of the HR administration and training in the offshore industry.
Work location is in Accra, Ghana and start date for the position is as soon as possible.
The responsibilities of the Training Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:
•Coordinate training activities such as training gap analysis & planning including handling no shows & learning plans for employees.
•Responsible for course administration such as enrolling participants on courses, sending joining instructions, coordinate practical arrangements with course participant, course vendor and venue.
•Provide customer support and deliver sound customer solutions including building effective relationships with customers.
•Maintain and update HR systems.
•Conduct data quality audits & drive compliance in all areas of HR record keeping.
•File employee-related documentation as appropriate; maintain employee files and records & scan incoming documents.
The preferred candidate has experience from a similar position, preferable within the Oil & Gas industry.
As a person, you are flexible and service minded and has good team-approach skills.
You can work independently as well as in a team and have a proactive approach to your work.
Furthermore, you are a structured person who has excellent time management skills and who thrive working in a fast paced international environment.
