Manager in a Professional Services Firm

You will be a member of a busy management consultancy and legal services firm whose role would be to deliver professional services to public and private sector organizations in Ghana, in areas such as business advisory, corporate client services, strategic planning, law reform, systems development, organizational restructuring, HR and capacity building. You will supervise junior consultants in planning and delivering these and other services and must therefore demonstrate deep knowledge and competence in the above areas, in addition to your leadership ability. You will also have business development responsibilities.

Good first degree, and postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Economics, HR, IT, Business or Policy Development, or in a complex management discipline from a reputable University. Must have at least 4 years proven success in delivering professional services locally and overseas. You will have a good understanding of proper and best consultancy practice, will demonstrate a superior ability to engage with government officials, multinationals and clients in the NGO sectors, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business problems. You must also show a consistent career record and be capable of writing good reports. Candidates must be available and willing to work around the clock to deliver results and set a good example to colleagues.
