Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative (Power Systems)

Duty Post: Power Systems Sales, Accra

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales revenue target through new business and growing existing customers in assigned area.
• Use company CRM to undertake sales calls, create leads, opportunities, lost sales, call plans, reports etc.
• Use company CRM to create database of each customer and ensure 100% customers support.
• Create a follow-up plan to ensure improved coverage across segment and reduce lost sales.
• Ensure Sales transactions are carried out based on company policy.
• Provide product information and after Sales Support to customers.
• Follow-up on customers payments schedule to avoid debts.
• Use company CRM to record all sales activities.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of a good first Degree will be an advantage, not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT Skills
• Minimum of four (4) years sales experience in industrial product line
