Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing, sales, PR, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

While this position is supervisory and managerial, and will involve a substantial amount of planning, coordination and overseeing; from time to time the Marketing Manager will perform technical duties like Graphic Design and Data collection and Analysis.


  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating and directing the company’s marketing strategy by working closely with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and strategy for delivery;
  • Market segmentation and establishment of a clear and coherent brand proposition;
  • In charge of all advertising across all media including TV, radio, newspapers, web marketing, brochures, as well as public relations and generally how and where the company is marketed;
  • Provide leadership to both internal marketing resources and external agencies in order to achieve an effective communication strategy;
  • Participate in pricing of company services/products;
  • To manage the Marketing department budget and ensure delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget;
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future services by conducting market research supported by on-going communication with practice and non practice members;
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships company services
  • Monitor returns on investment across all business units and contribute to the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the company;


Required Skills or Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have an MBA degree – Marketing Major, a Professional Postgraduate Qualification like a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma or equivalent, and an undergraduate degree in business administration or the arts
  • Proficiency in a wide range of computer software including Graphic design software would be desirable


  • At least four years hands on experience in a busy Marketing Department
  • Proven track record in a senior marketing role
