Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive.

Role Responsibility


Reporting to the General Manager, the key purpose of this role is the development and growth of new and existing business in a specific geographical area.

  • Contact and visit prospective customers to determine needs and degree of interest in company’s product/services
  • Create and perform sale presentations to match company’s products/services with identified needs
  • Sell products/services through face-to-face contact
  • Remain knowledgeable of company’s products/services to facilitate sales efforts
  • Maintain sales records and prepares sales reports as required
  • Often responsible for semi-complex and easy to close sales.
  • Keep information on competitors activities
  • Work under very minimal supervision and follow specific detailed instructions. There is latitude for independent judgment
  • Reach and achieve sales targets, focusing on high margin business, and developing business near operational centers
  • Conduct/arrange site surveys to identify risks and develop an appropriate solution to do system design in order to meet customer needs.
  • Identification of potential new business opportunities for security solutions through consultation and cooperation with operational management and Sales Manager with planned prospecting, leads, cold calling and tender notices.
  • Effective application and control of company selling price list as per markup margins in line with sales strategy.

The successful applicant must possess a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgment in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organization, and understanding the role which sales and marketing play within a successful business unit. The successful applicant will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organization.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of G4S’s products/services and pricing practices.
  • Proven remote sales management experience
  • Knowledge of B2B market, sales background
  • Customer Service Background
  • Selling premium brands at premium prices
  • Able to operate in a performance driven organization

Minimum qualification

  • University Degree or equivalent training in business/sales / pipeline management
  • Previous experience in Security Industry will be advantageous.
  • Experience in the long sales cycle.
  • Experienced in dealing with senior executives
