We are looking for a talented and results-producing Sales Professionals with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive sales strategies in support of business goals and objectives of G-Pak, a subsidiary of Graphic Communications Group LTD.

Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Creation of marketing & Sales tools and the execution of marketing programmes
• Promote growth in targeted markets through implementation of key projects
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers
• Drive a solution set across development teams primary through market requirements, product contract and positioning
• Identify opportunities for new markets

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, social science or communication from a reputable tertiary institution
• 6 years of post qualification relevant experience in direct sales
• Working knowledge of the printing and packaging industry would be a distinct advantage

Skills/Competencies required

• Must possess good communication and negotiation skills
• Possess good insight into sales of print works
• Possess keen eye for detail
• Strong team interpersonal skills/team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and under minimum supervision
• Flexible attitude to working arrangements
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Must possess a valid driving license
