Mepe Area Rural Bank Limited is looking for an experienced and qualified person to be considered for an appointment as Head of Credit Department.

Job Description

Job Title: Head of Credit Department 

Qualification Required & Experience

• 1st degree in Banking & Finance, Agriculture or Economics with at least ten (10) years of working experience, five(5) of which must be at a Senior Management Level.
• MBA an advantage.

Work Experience

Applicant must have knowledge in:

• Group Loans/Microfinance
• Agricultural, Business and Commercial Loans
• Borrowing for On-Lending
• Preparing prudential returns and classification of advances in accordance with
• Bank of Ghana guidelines and IF RS requirements.
• Ability to use the T24 Software
• Knowledge in Credit Reference Bureau and Collateral Registry Management.
• Sound computer knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point.
