Credit/Project Manager
Role:
- Provide technical advice on lending to the Bank
- Supervise credit and project officers
- Identify viable economic activities in the Bank’s catchment area
- Undertake field visits and monitor facilities
- Review the Bank’s advances portfolio and make sure adequate provisions are made for bad and doubtful debts
- Develop and sell new products
- Prepare monthly reports on lending and recoveries to the Board
Required Skills or Experience
Advertisement
- BSc Agric Economics/BSc Statistics/BSC Mathematics/BSc Accounting/BCom
- At least three (3) years practical experience as a credit manager in a financial institution
- We are looking for enthusiastic self-motivated personalities with good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Strong computer proficiency
