“STRENGTHENING THE DISABILITY MOVEMENT OF GHANA THROUGH ADVOCACY AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT”
The Ghana Federation of the Disabled (GFD), in conjunction with the Disabled Peoples’ Organization, Denmark (DPOD), Danish Association of Disabled (DAD), Danish Association of the Blind (DAB) and Danish Deaf Federation (DDF) are seeking Programme Manager in management and advocacy. Although based in Accra, the programme includes a number of districts scattered through the country. GFD work to promote the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with the support of member organizations through continuous advocacy towards local and national Government. The Programme Manager will need to demonstrate experience in this area, Work experience in the disability sector will be an advantage. This senior management post offers a unique opportunity for the individual to make significant impact in furthering the strategic development of the disability movement in Ghana.
You will be joining a diverse group of committed professionals working to improve conditions for PVDs in Ghana. The post attracts good remuneration and benefit package.
