Metro Mass Transit Ltd, Ghana’s No.1 Transit Company is taking delivery of 150 New Buses. Metro Mass Transit Ltd. is therefore in the process of recruiting females to be trained as drivers to operate the company’s buses.

Job Description

In view of the above, young, energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious females who are prepared to take up challenging jobs are encouraged to apply.

Selection Criteria:
This is a special project which requires interested applicants to observe the following conditions which will form the basis for selection:

Selected applicants will be taken to special location and confined for a minimum of two (2) months for the training
Selected applicants should be prepared to accept postings to any depot even at short notice
Successful applicants will be bonded to stay with the Company for a minimum of five (5) years

Required Skills or Experience

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit – 25 years to 35 years
License – Applicants must possess a driving license
Educational Background – Minimum of BECE/SSSCE or Higher qualification. Applicants must be able to read and write
Health – Applicants should be physically fit and mentally sound
