Modern School is seeking to recruit a Secretary.
Job Description
Job Title: Secretary
• Receiving school fees and managing petty cash
• Entering fees in Quickbooks Accounting software
• Typing examination questions
• Attending to visitors
• Receiving calls and managing the front desk
• Writing minutes
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• Diploma/ HND/ First Degree in any relevant field
• The person must have at least 1-year working experience
Salary: GHS600.00
Location: Accra New Town / Kotobabi
