This role will support the Executive Chef in implementing and supervising activities in the kitchen as well as the Hotel’s internal rules and regulations.
Required Skills or Experience
The ideal candidate will have a culinary qualification from a recognized establishment with at least ten years experience of which four must be in a similar position. Good knowledge in Ghanaian cuisine, HACCP and ISO 2000 is required. Hotel experience is especially essential. International experience would be an added advantage
