We are committed to protecting your personal information throughout the application process and in this Privacy Policy we would like to inform you about our data protection principles. By clicking the “I agree” button at the end of the Privacy Policy you consent, subject to this Privacy Policy, to the storage, processing and usage of the personal data which you transfer over the internet based application platform (“Personal Data”). In order to create a user account or to send an application, your consent to this Privacy Policy is required.
User Account and Application
Before applying for a position, we recommend creating a user account. It is important to us that your Personal Data is always up-to-date and with a user account you can update, complete or delete your Personal Data at any time. You can also request the deletion of your Personal Data at any time through an e-mail to [email protected].
In order to optimize your search for a suitable position, your application will be stored in a talent pool for 24 months after it has been sent to us. This applies both for applications which are not related to a specific position (“General Applications”) as well as for applications for a specific position (“Direct Applications”). The applications in the talent pool are considered for open positions at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and in the Hotels. After the 24 months, your user account and your application will be deleted automatically. However, in case your application leads to employment, your Personal Data can be stored beyond the 24 months and be used for personnel administration purposes. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to your Personal Data and your user account being stored for 24 months for the purpose described above. You can also limit your consent to a region, in which case your Personal Data will only be used for the recruitment for positions in this region.

Your Personal Data is only used for recruitment purposes and, in case your application leads to employment, personnel administration purposes. By no means will your Personal Data be published, sold or, for purposes not mentioned in this Privacy Policy, made available to third parties.

The Human Resources Department of the Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Corporate Centre in Switzerland has access to the Personal Data of all applications. In addition, the Human Resources Departments of the Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Group and the Hotels worldwide, or in the region to which you have limited your consent, also have access to your Personal Data.
Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Data?
Please observe that your Personal Data may be transferred to countries with less strict data protection legislation than your home country. However, we will use our best endeavours to protect your Personal Data.
Every company in the Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Group as well as every Hotel is responsible for complying with the applicable data protection legislation when handling your Personal Data during the application process.
Right to Information, Correction and Deletion
