Movie House Plaza Limited is seeking to employ competent, committed and self-motivated individuals in the Customer Service Department.

Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Personnel (Preferably Males)

Main Responsibilities

•   Manage customer check-ins and check-outs
•   Set up movies for customers
•   Clean room after customer leaves
•   Liaise with the branch head on customer issues
•   Record daily sales
•   Any other assigned tasks

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Not more than 22 years of age
•   Must have a minimum of SHS Certificate
•   Must be fluent in English
•   Must have good communication and writing skills
•   Must be computer literate
•   Must be prepared to work in all regions of Ghana

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Accra
