Job Description
Job Title: Finance Officer
• Prepare monthly partner’s financial reporting
• Prepare monthly bank and cash reconciliations
• Prepare partners’ advance request
• Support programs team with activity budget preparation
• Support programs team with logistics during activity implementation
Qualification Required & Experience
• First Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and 3 years of practical experience with accounting practices and procedures, specifically general ledger activities and expense claim processing
• Good analytical skills in order to reconcile accounts and prepare reports
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and experience with outlook and SharePoint
