Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support for the management of the registry
• Provide inputs for the formulation and execution of procedures for the effective management of records
• Keep a register and regularly take inventory of all files and documents in the registry
• Provide accurate records on the movement of files at the registry
• Receive and dispatch correspondences

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

• Degree/HND from a recognsied Tertiary Institution in Public Administration or related field
• Must have completed 1 year National Service
• Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the board in collaboration with Public Service Commission

• Good analytical and report wiring skills
• Proficiency in Computer application suites
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
