The National Coordinator shall be responsible for the planning and coordinating of training and developmental needs of multiple clients. The role reports to the Executive Director. The job has the following responsibilities;

Communicate, coordinate, identify and solve problems coordination with the Executive Director
Liaise with partners, government and other stakeholder
Prepare monthly reports and plans
Prepare annual budgets
Ensure budgetary control and operations are within the approved the budget
Design, implement and facilitate training programs
Prepare training budget for management’s approval

Required Skills or Experience


5 years relevant work experience in similar role
Masters degree from a recognized university
Good oral and written communication
Strong IT background in MS Office Suite
Good proposal writing skills
Experience in community development is a plus
Programme management experience (preferably in the non-profit sector)
