The National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) is seeking to recruit competent and well-qualified persons to fill the following position

Job Description

Job Title: Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitates the development of strategic plan for the authority
• Facilitates the development and monitoring of annual work plans of the authority
• Collects data on programmes and activities of the authority for monitoring and evaluation
• Collects data for the preparation of budget for the directorate
• Collects data for the preparation of annual report of the authority
• Collects data for preparation of annual report of the directorate
• Facilitates the monitoring of work plans of other directorates

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Pensions, Actuarial Science, Insurance or any related field from an accredited tertiary institution
• Must have completed National Service

• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of pension issues
• Knowledge of relevant IT applications
• Good qualitative, quantitative and analytical skills

• Team building
