Job Description

Job Title: Benefits Advisor – Marketing Customer Relations

• Initiate and execute marketing and enrolment of scheme members
• Advise members on scheme benefits
• Presentation of retirement products to new clients
• Coordinate member enrolment
• Advise members on rules and benefits in the retirement scheme

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum 3years work experience
• Experience in customer service skills will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Pensions and retirement schemes is an advantage
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and Database administration will be required
• Minimum of first degree in social science, Marketing or Humanities
