Salary: ₵800.00 ‐ ₵1,000.00 per month

Job Description

• Man-management and leadership for the co-ordination of trades, direct labour and materials in timber frame construction
• Liaison between Directors, Senior Management and Architects
• Ensuring that problems are resolved and all personnel on-site adhere and maintain a high standard of Health & Safety
• Driving project to completion on time, to quality and under budget
• High performance team by supervising the project works
• Managing subcontractors and direct labour in-line with the project construction schedule

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of an HND required
• At least 3-5 years working experience
