Job Description
Job Title: Lead ARMO Specialist
Responsibilities
• Manage activities of maintenance area to support production in meeting their operational activity
• Develop and manage budget compliance, make recommmendations on work place facility and tooling requirements
• Coordinate specifications and procurement of capital expenditures
• Planning, coordinate and direct all maintenance operations, up to and including installation of equipment, preventative maintenance and facility/equipment repair to support operations
• Ensure competent technical workforce to conduct business
Qualification Required & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years related experience and skills gained in the use of measurement and gauging equipment and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical parts
• Comprehensive mechanical, diagnostic and analytical skills
• In-depth understanding of the form and function of assembly components
• Must be able to accurately use measuring instruments
