Job Title: MEL Advisor

RTI International is requesting applications for technical and operational roles for the USAID-funded Power Africa Task Order. This Task Order intends to expand affordable and reliable electricity services in West Africa, with the ultimate goal of supporting development priorities, including inclusive economic growth, security, and improved health and education outcomes.

Depending on the position, work locations will be based in the following: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Sao Tome & Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo. We are recruiting bilingual (French/English) candidates for the following role: MEL Advisor

Profile

MEL Advisor will be responsible for developing and implementing the performance monitoring system and indicators to track and report project results.

Required Skills or Experience

Master’s degree in statistics, public administration, demography, development studies, economics, or engineering
6 years of experience or BA/BS with 10 years of experience on USAID-funded energy projects
