Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary

Principal duties and responsibilities will include:

• Gathering market intelligence to design and implement sales and marketing activities and programs for insurance policies at the branch level for its long-term growth and sustainability
• Reviewing and analyze sales performance consistently against set programmes and targets to determine its success and effectiveness to guide strategy revision
• Tracking reviewing and re-aligning the performance of units within the branch to ensure attainment of operational targets
• Sales of insurance products to new and existing clients
• Support Bancassuramce operations at the branch

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have a University Degree preferably in Marketing, social sciences Business Administration or other relevant field that supports the role requirement
• Must have 5 years of demonstrated experience and record of achievement in a Sales and Marketing role
• Must possess proven management and leadership skills
• Must have advance knowledge in the use of Microsoft suite and other insurance software’s
