Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Officer

• Job ResponsibilitiesCandidate must be one who can identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
• Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies
• Deal requirements, potential and financials
• Evaluating options
• Resolving internal priorities
• Recommending equity investments
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements
• Developing and negotiating contracts
• Integrating contract requirements with business operationsKey Requirements
• We require a candidate with strong communication and IT fluency,
• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
• In-depth knowledge of multiple industry and its current events
• Must be able to identify new sales leads
• Pitch products and/or services
• Develop and manage events and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customersQualification Required & Experience
• The ideal candidate must have a degree or HND qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years working experience at a recognized organization
• He/She will assist the Project Manager in preparing business plans and take temporary charge of advisory services in the absence of the Project Manager if neededOR
• Candidate must have a degree or HND in Marketing and at least a year or 2 working experience as a salesperson or marketerLocation: Accra
