Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
• To provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Country MD and CMC

Reporting & Analytics :

Report writing, presentation preparation, supporting CMC meetings and following up action plans from CMC.
Compile agenda, transcribe minutes, circulate reports arising from various business and/or management meetings (CMC)
Gather information and data as directed; compile data and create reports
Understand the appropriate Group and BA Policies & Standards applicable to the role.
Understand and manage risks and risk events (incidents), and ensure good governance, compliance and operational rigor in discharge of responsibilities.

Secretariat Support :

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with CMC, to ensure follow through of agreed actions towards and delivery of business goals.
Arranging key CMC meetings including producing agendas and co-ordinating the production of inputs.
Act as secretary, shaping and influencing the Agenda of CMC
Preparation of briefing materials to support CMC meetings and presentations liaising with business lines as appropriate.
Where required, respond to correspondence both internal and external using initiative and judgement.
Resolving complaints sent directly to CMC.

Understanding of political environment in Ghana
