Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Senior Vice President. She/he will be responsible for providing administrative duties for the Regional Senior Vice President and assist with other general administrative support tasks.
Essential Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests
- Prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, meeting minutes, schedule meeting and presentation materials for the regional leadership meetings or other high visibility functions as required
- Plan, schedule and handle logistics for company-related functions
- Responsible for file management for the executive and department at executive’s discretion
- Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings for the executive and prepare materials and items accordingly

Required Skills or Experience
- A first degree in Business or related field, or a combination of certificates and work experience as an executive assistant is required
- Minimum 10 years executive/administrative assistant experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
- At least 3-5 years working as a top level executive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications required, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required
