Job Description
The candidate will assist the Human Resources/Industrial Relations Supervisor in the management of all aspect of industrial relations and employee benefits.
Ensure that human relations policies and procedures regarding employee relations and benefits are consistently implemented
Provide professional support in establishing and maintaining positive working relations with Ghana Labour Department through the District Labour Directorate
Provide support to the management and maintenance of efficient leave administration system, awards, employee recognition program
Investigate benefits claims and grievances of employees
The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessary all inclusive
Required Skills or Experience
A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other applicable field with at least 3 years of Human Resources/Industrial Relations experience
In depth understanding of industrial relations including union negotiations, grievance handling, conflict resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to innovate, think conceptually, apply proven problem-solving skills and develop appropriate resolution strategies
